Increasing Value

1. Perceived size impacts value. De-cluttering and sometimes removing furniture can make small spaces seem larger.
2. Cosmetics count.
+ Fresh paint and Clean or new carpet will add more value than cost
+ Tidy landscaping and a clean front entrance can make a diference as well
3. Take care of small but obvious issues, stains, loose or ragged hardware on doors and cabinets etc...
4. Have a professional home inspection BEFORE putting the home on the market. A poor buyer's home inspection can cost you thousands if not the sale itself.
5. Remodel the kithchen and baths. Big bang for your bucks here.
